Delete your R3ACH account

This page explains how to delete your account and data for the R3ACH app, operated by R3ACH Tech Inc. There are two ways: instantly in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

In the app (instant)

1. Open R3ACH and go to Profile.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion runs immediately.

By email (no app needed)

Email support@r3ach.app with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the phone number the account is registered under. We will verify that you control the account before deleting, complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply to confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, username, date of birth, gender
• Your phone number, email, and sign-in identity
• Quiz answers and the matching profile built from them
• Your saved location
• Friendships, event participation, group memberships, and matches
• Registered devices

What is retained

• Limited account records, including account identifiers and moderation and audit records, kept for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
• Messages you sent in group chats remain visible to those groups, attributed to "Deleted user"

Deleting some data without closing the account

To delete specific data (for example your quiz answers or saved location) without deleting the whole account, email the same address and say what you want removed. Our privacy policy describes the data we hold.
