Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This page states the child-safety standards for the R3ACH app and the r3ach.app service, operated by R3ACH Tech Inc. ("R3ACH", "we"). It applies to everything on the service: profiles, photos, events, and group chats.

Zero tolerance

R3ACH prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, solicitation of minors, and attempts to arrange contact with minors for the purpose of abuse. R3ACH is an 18+ service; minors are not permitted to hold accounts, and our Terms of Use require every user to confirm they are at least 18 years old.

Reporting

Anyone can report a concern from inside the app: report any user from their profile, any message by long-pressing it, and any event from its detail page. Message and event reports are submitted in the app; a report about a user opens a prefilled email so you can add detail before sending. You can also block any user instantly. Every report is reviewed by a human and acted on within 24 hours.

You can also email safety@r3ach.app from any device, with or without an account. We review emailed reports promptly.

Enforcement

When a report is confirmed, we remove the content and terminate the account. For anything involving CSAE we preserve the evidence, report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to Cybertip.ca, Canada's designated reporting entity, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

Contact

Our designated child-safety point of contact is Aidan Licoppe, co-founder. Questions about these standards, or a child-safety concern: safety@r3ach.app.
